Refund & Replacement Policy

Welcome to Baftima.com. We create and sell custom print-on-demand products manufactured individually for each customer within Europe. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Production Model

All products available on Baftima.com are made specifically after an order is placed. Each item is produced exclusively for the individual customer and is not taken from pre-existing stock.

Because every order is custom-made, special return and refund conditions apply.

2. Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

Under European consumer protection regulations, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

Since the products sold on Baftima.com are produced on demand and customized for each order, orders are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or withdrawal once production has started.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Personal preference regarding color, design, or style

  • Incorrect shipping address entered during checkout

  • Failure to collect or accept delivery

  • Delays caused by postal services, courier companies, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details and sizing information before placing an order.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, has a printing error, or you receive the wrong product due to our mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.

After reviewing the claim, Baftima.com may provide:

  • A free replacement product; or

  • A full or partial refund where appropriate.

5. Claim Submission Deadline

Any issue regarding a defective, damaged, or incorrect item must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Claims submitted after this period may be declined.

6. Resolution Process

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement will be produced and shipped at no additional cost; or

  • A refund will be issued if replacement is not reasonably possible.

In most situations, returning the defective item will not be required.

7. Shipping Disclaimer

Baftima.com is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or border-related delays

  • Events outside our reasonable control, including transportation disruptions and force majeure events
