By submitting your order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All products are made individually to order (print-on-demand).
Production begins immediately after successful payment has been received.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the production and shipping location.
As these are custom-made products, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are generally not possible once production has started.
Complaints regarding manufacturing defects, damaged items, or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
Minor color variations between the on-screen display and the printed product are technically unavoidable and do not constitute a defect.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
All prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT), where required by law.
By completing the order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
